HQGNA GOA Registration Process


Before filling the form please go through the advertisement & following information must be available with you:
a. Passport size colour photograph with light background (preferably white) without any obstacle covering/obstructing the face and eyes, Size of file should be between 20kb–50 kb(Below 450kb)
b. Candidate's signature should be on a plain white paper with black ink. The signature should not be digitalized. It should be scanned copy of your own signature on paper with pen. Size of file should be between 20kb–50 kb(Below 450kb).
c. A copy of candidate's Category certificate, in case applying against a reserved post.
d. A copy of candidate's birth certificate.
e. A copy of candidate's highest education qualification proof.
f. A copy of candidate's testimonial in support of candidate's experience in case the candidate is applying against a post requiring experience.
g. The person with disability who want to avail benefit of reservation and age relaxation have to submit Disability Certificate.

The Following are the steps to confirm your Registration Process:

1. Registration Form
• Please click on the Post which you want to apply to fill the Registration Form.
• The tabs mark with '*' are mandatory to fill the details.
• Fill all your personal details.
• Please enter the valid Email id(Also Check Spam for email).
• Age Relaxation for Categories and Parallel Reservation:

3 PwDs UR -10 Years, OBC -13(10+03) Years, SC/ST-15(10+05) Years
4 Govt. Servants With three years continuous service in Central Government UR up to 40 years, OBC - 43(40+3) years, SC/ST - (40+5) years.
5 Ex-serviceman 03 years after deduction of defence services rendered from the actual age on crucial date. (UR -3 years, OBC - 3+3= 6 years, SC/ST- 3+5 = 8 years)
6 Sports Person 5 years (UR-5 years, OBC-3+3=6 years, SC/ST – 5 + 5 = 10 years)


• Essential Qualification:
Fill the required details of Essential Qualification as per the post you are applying for.
a. In Education Qualification the 10th pass out is compulsory. Fill the required details.
b. Add the Experience details if any.
• Please fill the right Security Check number shown to you in the image. Please save the details after filling the form. If all the above details you have filled is correct with the required criteria then the form will be saved. After the form is saved you will get the Registration number and Password displayed so please note it down with you and then the next step is to upload the required documents. You can also edit the form until the form is not submitted.

2. Upload the Required Documents:
• Please Keep scanned copy(preferably JPG/PDF format) of the following documents ready before proceeding to fill up the online application:-
a. Passport size colour photograph with light background (preferably white) without any obstacle covering/obstructing the face and eyes. Size of file should be between 20kb–50 kb(Below 450kb).
b. Candidate's signature should be on a plain white paper with black ink. The signature should not be digitalized. It should be scanned copy of your own signature on paper with pen. Size of the file should be below 450kb.
c. A copy of candidate's Category certificate, in case applying against a reserved post.
d. A copy of candidate's birth certificate/Matriculation certificate for Date of Birth.
e. A copy of candidate's highest education qualification proof.
f. A copy of candidate's testimonial in support of candidate's experience in case the candidate is applying against a post requiring experience.
g. A copy of required Experience and Certificates as per the post has to be uploaded.

3. Submission Form:
• Your Next activity is 'Form submission'. Before accepting the declaration form and confirming the details. Please go through your details once. Because once you accept it and press the 'confirm' button you will not be able to change in the Registration form and other details.

4. Print the Application Form
• Print your Application Form by clicking on 'Print Confirmation Page'.


Important Note:
1. In case the face in the photograph or signature is unclear the candidate’s application may be rejected.
2. If photograph or signature is unclear, the candidate may edit his/ her application and re-upload his/ her photograph or signature until and unless he has not 'Confirmed' the Declaration form. Once you have 'Confirmed' the Declaration form you will not be able to edit the application and also upload the files.
3. After completion of online Registration process candidates are advised to take a printout of their system generated online application forms.
